This project consisted of tenant development work for Raycom Media / WSFA on the 7th level of the RSA Dexter Avenue Building. This tenant area included: Entry Lobby, High Density Storage on Rails, Broadview Media, Tech Care, Engineering Workshop, Master Control, News Studio, Production Control, Audio Room, Make-Up Room, Green Room for Broadcasting, Large Conference Room / Multiple Smaller Conference Rooms, Assignment Desk Area, and a Production Studio / Meeting Room. This tenant area housed a 2,453 SF Break Room with Instructional Demonstration Kitchen. This project also included coordination with building systems, satellite location & structural base, and data center components.
