A residence located in a small beach community on the Gulf of Mexico, this house consists of three levels with adjoining decks and observation platforms. The residence is sited on the ridge of a sand dune extending east to west and takes advantage of views to the north (Deer Lake), east (undeveloped land), and south (Gulf of Mexico).
