This facility included Administrative facilities for nine (9) units, a command suite, fully functional state-of-the-art Joint Operations Center, assembly hall, multiple classroom facilities with included AV storage and infrastructure, unit locker room facilities, unit storage facilities with secure mesh partition separations, fully functional maintenance training facility, POV Parking and Military Parking Achieved Spirit Silver Sustainable Design Goals.  2007 – Alabama National Guard Ft. McClellan Readiness Center Phase I, SPIRIT Silver.
 

Phase II

This addition to the facility included: Administrative facilities for additional units, multiple classroom facilities, unit locker room facilities, and unit storage facilities with secure mesh partition separations. 2013 Phase II Alabama National Guard Ft. McClellan Readiness Center, LEED Silver.
