This project encompassed alterations and addition of 5,562 SF of existing office space and a 5,049 SF addition to the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board in Montgomery, Alabama.  Space allocation of the new addition included: a new state of the art conference / multipurpose area with adjoining kitchen, additional storage, galley area, additional toilet areas, and offices.  In addition, comprehensive renovations were completed in the existing facility including the lobby, workrooms, kitchen, break room, and offices.
