In February 2016 JMR+H completed the design for a new Vehicle Maintenance shop (VMS) in Foley, Alabama. This Army Vehicle Maintenance Shop consists of three main functional groups:  administrative, work bays, and storage. Supporting these main functional groups are the special training and support areas.  Within each group are subordinate functional areas that contribute to the operation of the group. Circulation and structural space are allocated to each project based on the size of the other authorized spaces. The administrative group consists of spaces for offices and maintenance support. Supporting spaces include such functions as the administrative support rooms, inspection library, production control, small arms repair w/ vault, classroom areas, break room, and the entrance lobby.
