Mike began his career as an apprentice drafter working with notable architects while developing a strong sense of technical expertise in building design and construction. It was during this time his interest in design and architecture lead him to the School of Architecture at Auburn University. While at Auburn, he honed his design skills and learned the importance of the integration of design and technology that would influence his professional practice and philosophy for over 35 years.

Mike's professional career has centered around a diverse group of complex project types in both the public and private sectors. His focus of absolute resolve to deliver cost-effective, creative solutions has lead to the delivery of a myriad of successful building projects. A firm principal for over 36 years, Mike brings effective management to all areas of practice and project delivery for the firm.

In addition to his professional work, Mike enjoys spending time in christian service and traveling with his wife and grandchildren.

Tim has provided architectural services for a broad base of project types throughout the Southeast for over 29 years. Growing up on the Gulf Coast and educated at the Louisiana State University School of Architecture, Tim developed a keen sense of regionally based design influenced by the context of the environments in which we live. His analytic approach to project delivery and commitment to client satisfaction have helped the firm maintain strong, long-term relationships with many repeat clients on both a local and regional basis.

 A firm principal for over 28 years, Tim is coordinator of all aspects of firm management and project delivery including programming, design, contract administration and coordination of emerging assignments. In addition, his work includes all aspects of business development and client relations for the firm.

Tim is past president of the Alabama Council of the American Institute of Architects and continues to serve with legislative representation for the group. While away from the office, he enjoys traveling, running and spending time with his family and friends.

Durand is a native of Montgomery and a graduate of the School of Architecture at Auburn University. As Director of Design for the firm, Durand works closely with team members ensuring a consistent quality level of effective design solutions to client programmatic goals. His engaging design process starts with a detailed analysis of owner requirements including functionality, image and branding which ultimately produce a physical solution that satisfies these client goals.

A passionate artist, Durand's eye for the artistic finds its way into architectural designs that are aesthetically enhanced by his touch. Durand's artistic work in oils may be found in local and regional galleries as well as in private collections. When Durand is not working on architecture, he feeds his creativity by working with painting, jewelry design, and cooking.

Jeff brings over 23 years of professional experience in design, construction and project management with a diverse background of building types. As Director of Architecture for the firm, Jeff directs all aspects of project delivery from initial client meeting to final user occupancy.  In addition, his responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating project staffing with senior team members including consultants outside the firm. Jeff's background includes involvement with a myriad of project types inclusive of hospitality, educational, military, medical and commercial facilities throughout the region.  

Jeff is a Florida native and completed his formal architectural education with a Masters of Architecture from Florida A&M University. Jeff and his wife Lynda have triplet girls who keep him busy and occupied when away from the firm.
